一、個人資料蒐集與使用
參加本活動者同意主辦單位蒐集其姓名、聯絡方式、就讀學校等相關資料，作為活動聯繫、升學諮詢及後續服務與行銷推廣之用途。
主辦單位將依個人資料保護法妥善管理與保護相關資料。
參加者得依法行使查詢、更正或刪除個人資料之權利。
By participating in this event, participants agree that BO may collect personal information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and school information, for purposes of event coordination, academic consultation, customer service, and marketing communication.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.
Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information in accordance with the law.
二、肖像權與影音使用授權
參加者同意主辦單位於活動期間拍攝之照片、影片或錄音內容，得無償、永久使用於官網、社群媒體、宣傳物及相關行銷用途。
Participants agree that photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event may be used by BO free of charge and in perpetuity for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including but not limited to use on the official website, social media platforms, and printed materials.
三、活動風險與責任聲明
參加者理解並同意活動中可能存在之一般風險，並願自行負責人身及財物安全。
除主辦單位重大過失外，概不負相關賠償責任。
Participants acknowledge that certain general risks may exist during the event and agree to take responsibility for their own personal safety and belongings.
BO shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
四、活動變更與取消權利
主辦單位保留因天候、場地或不可抗力因素調整、延期或取消活動之權利，並將另行公告。
BO reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather conditions, venue issues, or force majeure events. Any changes will be announced accordingly.
五、未成年參加者聲明
未滿十八歲之參加者，視為已取得法定代理人同意參與本活動及相關授權事項。
Participants under the age of eighteen (18) are deemed to have obtained consent from their legal guardians to participate in this event and to agree to all related terms and authorizations.
六、行銷聯繫與資訊通知
參加者同意主辦單位於活動後，以電話、Email、簡訊或通訊軟體提供相關留學資訊與服務通知。
Participants agree that BO may contact them after the event via telephone, email, text message, or messaging applications to provide information regarding study abroad programs, services, promotions, and related updates.
七、最終解釋權
主辦單位保留本活動相關事項之最終解釋權。
BO reserves the right of final interpretation regarding all matters related to this event and these terms and conditions.
